One person. Twenty-five years. Still answering my own phone.

I'm Lee. I started Digital Den because too many small businesses were being sold things they didn't need, by people who wouldn't pick up the phone afterwards. That's still the reason, and it still shapes how I work.

Started local. Stayed local.

I started out fixing computers. Small businesses and home users around Mandurah kept getting the same deal from the big providers — too expensive, too slow, and too willing to talk down to them. That struck me as a poor way to treat people who just wanted their gear to work.

So I did it differently. Answer the phone. Explain things without making anyone feel silly. Charge fairly, and say so when something isn't worth doing. Twenty-five years later that's still the entire method.

What changed is the work. These days it's websites and getting found on Google — the things that actually bring a small business more customers. Same person, same phone number, still in Mandurah.

The stuff that actually matters

Fancy mission statements are great. I'd rather show you through the work.

  • Plain English, always

I skip the jargon and explain things in a way that actually makes sense. You'll always know what's happening and why it matters.

  • Fast and reliable

When something's broken or a deadline is looming, you need it sorted now — not next week. I respond quickly and get it right the first time.

  • Honest and transparent

No hidden fees, no upselling. I'll tell you exactly what's needed — and if you don't need something, I'll tell you that too.

  • People-first

The work exists to serve people, not the other way around. I build relationships, not just websites.

I'm not an agency. That's the point.

Big agencies treat you like a ticket number. I treat you like a neighbour. Whether it's a small change to your site or a full rebuild, you deal with the person actually doing the work — every time.

I'm small on purpose. Less overhead, faster turnaround, and the kind of personal service that actually feels personal. If that sounds like what you've been missing, let's talk.
