1. Have your device ready – Turn it on, connect to the internet, and make sure you can log in.
2. Be near your computer – You’ll need to follow a few instructions during the session.
3. Close sensitive files or tabes – For your privacy, please close anything you don’t want visible during the session.
4. Have details ready – Note any error messages, symptoms, or changes that occurred before the issue started.
5. Have Passwords ready – you may not need them, but it’s good to have them handy.
