How much does it cost?
I'll give you a straight number on the call, once I know what you actually need. The structure never changes: a setup fee to get you live, then one flat monthly fee that covers everything ongoing — design, content, hosting, SSL, updates, and management. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices.
Do you lock clients into contracts?
No. There is no minimum term and no lock-in. The monthly fee covers the month it is paid for. If you want to stop, tell me and it stops — I would rather you stayed because the site is doing its job than because a contract says you have to.
What happens to my site if I want to leave?
The content and the domain are yours, and I will hand over everything I hold so another developer can pick it up. The site itself is built on my managed setup, so it does not come with you as-is — but you will not be held hostage while you sort out what is next.
How fast can you build my site?
Most sites go live within 2 weeks. Because I handle all the content and design myself, there's no back-and-forth waiting for assets. You just approve and I launch.
Why not WordPress?
WordPress sites are a constant maintenance headache — plugin updates, security patches, slow load times, and the risk of getting hacked. My sites are static, lightning-fast, and safer. You get a better site with zero ongoing effort on your part.
What if I want to make my own changes?

Do changes to my site cost extra?
No — changes are included in your monthly fee. Need to update your phone number, add a new service, swap out photos, or rewrite a section? Just let me know and I'll take care of it. There are no extra charges for content or design updates.
How fast do you make changes?
Most changes are done within 24 hours, often the same day. Because of the way I build my sites, updates are quick and easy to push live — no waiting around for a developer to find time in their schedule.
