We use video calls with screen sharing so you can see exactly what we’re doing. You’ll have your software open on your computer while we guide you through each step. It’s like having a trainer sitting right next to you, but more convenient.
That’s exactly who we help! We specialise in working with people who feel overwhelmed by technology. We go at your pace, explain everything in plain English, and repeat things as many times as needed.
Just a reliable internet connection and the ability to join a video call (Zoom, Facetime or Microsoft Teams). We’ll help you set this up beforehand if you’re not familiar with these platforms.
Most sessions run 1-2 hours, but we’re flexible. We can break complex topics into shorter sessions or extend if you’re on a roll. It’s about what works best for your learning style and schedule.
With your approval, we record the entire session, so you can revisit every step of the way.
Absolutely! Small group training (2-5 people) is often more cost-effective and allows team members to learn together. We can accommodate larger groups for corporate training as well.
Usually within 1-2 weeks depending on your preferred times. For urgent business needs, we often accommodate same-week scheduling across all Australian time zones.
