You’ll receive a unique link to download our secure connection tool. Once connected, you can watch everything we do on your screen, and you maintain the ability to end the session at any time.
In most cases, yes! About 95% of common computer issues can be diagnosed and fixed remotely. This includes software problems, virus removal, email issues, printer setup, performance optimisation, and most network troubleshooting. For hardware failures that require physical intervention, we’ll diagnose the issue remotely and provide detailed next steps.
