There are a heap of good options available. We recommend and use wordpress as it’s got the most support, and you aren’t locked in to expensive systems you can never leave.
No you don’t. You can just live rent free on social media if you like. Unless they decide to close your account. Then you’re in deep trouble. A simple website for your small business is all you usually need. You can start adding content later on.
