Facebook and Instagram ads for Mandurah businesses

Boosting a post and hoping is not a campaign. I set up Facebook and Instagram ads properly in your own account, aimed at the people around Mandurah who could actually buy from you, and I track what comes in so you can see what each enquiry cost. I'm in Falcon, and the person you talk to is the person running the ads.

What Facebook ads management includes

Meta will take your money happily whether the ads work or not. Most of the job is making sure they do, and stopping the spend that does not.

  • Everything in your own account

Your Meta Business account, your ad account, your billing. If you stop working with me you keep the campaigns, audiences and history.

  • Tracking set up first

Form submissions, calls and lead forms tracked properly before anything goes live, so you are judging the ads on enquiries, not likes.

  • Audiences around where you work

People in the Mandurah and Peel area you can actually serve, shaped by what you sell, rather than a broad audience Meta picked for you.

  • Creative that looks like your business

Your real work, your real place, an offer that is clear in the first second. Generic stock photos and AI-looking ads get scrolled straight past.

  • Retargeting people who nearly enquired

Most people who visit your site leave without getting in touch. Showing them something useful a few days later is the cheapest audience you will buy.

  • A monthly report that names the cost per lead

What you spent, how many enquiries came in and what each one cost, so you can decide whether it is earning its place.

Where Facebook ads fit for a Mandurah business

Google Ads catches people already searching. Facebook and Instagram reach people who are not searching yet but would buy if they saw the right thing: a patio, a new menu, a class timetable, a holiday deal. For a lot of Mandurah businesses that is the bigger audience.

Mandurah is also a smaller audience than Perth, so the same people see your ads more often. That means the creative needs changing before it goes stale, and it is one reason a modest budget can go further here than people expect.

Below is the one measured paid result I have on file. It was a Meta campaign, which is why it is here.

50+qualified leads a month, consistently

Sunstate

A carport business getting most of its work through referrals. The owner had tried Facebook ads without much to show for it. The product was fine; the targeting and setup were not. I rebuilt the Meta campaigns from scratch with proper audiences, better creative, a landing page built to convert, and a follow-up process so the leads that came in actually got answered.

That figure is one I track for that client every month, not an estimate. It is one business, not a promise. What it would look like for you depends on your market, your margins and what you can spend, and I will give you a realistic picture on the call.

How it works

  1. Work out what a lead is worth

What a job pays you and how many enquiries turn into one. That decides the budget, and whether Facebook is the right place to spend it at all.

  2. Build it before it goes live

Tracking, audiences, the offer, the creative and where people land are all sorted before any budget is spent.

  3. Cut what is not working

I watch which ads and audiences bring in enquiries, switch off the ones that do not, and refresh the creative before people get sick of it.

How the fee works

There are two costs, and they never mix. My management fee is a flat monthly amount, quoted before you start. Your ad spend goes to Meta directly, on your own card, at a level you choose. I never take a percentage of it, because that would pay me more for telling you to spend more.

  • A flat monthly fee, quoted up front
  • Ad spend billed by Meta, to your card
  • No percentage of your ad spend
  • Month to month, no minimum term
  • Your ad account and its history stay yours
  • You deal with me, not an account manager

Who it suits

Facebook ads are the wrong answer for plenty of businesses. Here is how to tell before you spend anything.

  • Your work looks good in a photo

Building, outdoor, food, fitness, beauty, homewares. If people would stop scrolling for it, Facebook and Instagram can sell it.

  • People do not search for it yet

If customers already Google what you do, start with Google Ads. Facebook earns its place when you need to put the idea in front of them first.

  • Someone answers enquiries fast

A Facebook lead goes cold within hours. If messages wait until the weekend, the ads will look like they failed when it was the follow-up.

Facebook ads questions from Mandurah businesses

What does Facebook ads management cost?
A flat monthly fee, separate from your ad spend, which you pay to Meta directly. I quote it before you start, and it does not change because your budget does. I will give you the figure on a free call once I know what the campaign needs to do.
Should I be on Facebook or Google?
If people already search for what you do, Google Ads usually comes first, because the intent is already there. If they do not, or your work is visual, Facebook and Instagram usually win on cost per enquiry. I will recommend one to start with rather than splitting a modest budget across both.
Is this the same as boosting a post?
No. Boosting sends a post to a broad audience and measures likes. A proper campaign is built around one goal, usually enquiries, with audiences, tracking and creative set up for it. Boosted posts are the most common reason people think Facebook ads do not work.
Do you post on my Facebook page as well?
Not as part of this. This page is about paid ads. Regular posting, content and replying to comments is my social media service, which is separate. Plenty of clients take one without the other.
Does this include Instagram?
Yes. Facebook and Instagram ads run from the same Meta account, and most campaigns use both. I will put the budget wherever your customers actually respond.
