A full rebrand and website redesign that repositioned Hydroweld Maintenance Pty Ltd as HWM Engineering — a heavy industrial engineering and construction business built for Tier 1 mining, oil & gas and rail clients.

The Challenge
Hydroweld Maintenance Pty Ltd had grown well beyond the name it was trading under. The business was delivering serious heavy industrial work — steel fabrication, precision machining, process systems and site installation for Tier 1 mining, oil & gas, rail and heavy industrial clients — but its brand and website didn’t reflect the scale or capability behind it.
The old presence made the company look smaller than it was. For a business bidding for work alongside major contractors, that mismatch was a real problem: the website needed to signal accreditation, capability and national reach the moment a procurement team landed on it.
My Solution
I treated this as a repositioning project, not just a redesign. That started with research into how the business wins work, who it needs to convince, and how competitors in the heavy industrial space present themselves.
From there I developed the new HWM Engineering brand and built a website designed to earn trust with technical, procurement-led buyers.
